Quantity/unit size: 300 µg
Description: Goat polyclonal antibody to SNCG. Gamma-Synuclein plays a role in neurofilament network integrity. It might be involved in modulating axonal architecture and the keratin network in skin during development and in the adult.
Alternative names: BCSG1, Gamma-Synuclein, SR, Synuclein gamma antibody.
Form: Polyclonal antibody supplied as a 100 µl (3 mg/ml) aliquot in PBS, 20% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is epitope-affinity purified from goat antiserum.
Immunogen: Recombinant peptide derived from within residues 80 aa to the C-terminus of human SNCG produced in E. coli.
Specificity: Detects endogenous levels of SNCG by Western blot. This Ab is specific for SNCG and does not recognizes SNCA and SNCB proteins.
Reactivity: Reacts against human, rat, mouse, canine and monkey proteins.
Usage: Western blot 1:500-1:5,000
